ESG 1000®: the international standard for sustainable governance

Discover the IGSF's ESG 1000® standard. Structure your CSR approach, anticipate CSRD regulations, and boost your extra-financial performance.

A new standard in an uncertain regulatory context

While the European Union decides on the level of regulatory requirements to be imposed on large organizations, a new international standard is entering the market: ESG 1000®.  ESG 1000®

This standard aims to certify the robustness and performance of non-financial governance systems. It offers a common framework for assessing sustainable impacts, beyond the current divergences between countries.

A universal benchmark for sustainability issues

In a global context that is still not very harmonized, the ESG 1000® standard aims to create a common language between companies and stakeholders to:

Communicating on sustainability issues

Assess social, environmental and governance impacts

Facilitating the readability of CSR approaches internationally

The IGSF, holder of the ESG 1000® standard

Expert and recognized governance

The standard is supported by the IGSF (International Group For Sustainable Finance), a global standards organization based in Luxembourg.

The ESG 1000® standard is supported within the IGSF by an Internal Committee, chaired by Mr. Christian Levesque, President of GlobalEthix International, and assisted by Mr. Alexandre Rambaud, PhD in mathematics and management sciences, and co-founder of CERCES (Circle of Environmental and Social Accountants).  Christian Levesque, président de GlobalEthix
